Rona Query began working at ABC’s & 123’s two summers ago, in June of 2013. Ever since, she has been an enthusiastic and valued member of our team. Rona is especially gifted in creating a fun learning environment for students and supporting other ABC’s teachers and staff in their roles. “My favorite part of the job is seeing the students’ faces when they learn something new. It’s so rewarding! And of course the hugs daily!”
I began my career with ABC’s and 123’s on June 18, 2018. I come to the center with 19 years’ experience. I’ve worked with adults and children with intellectual/developmental disabilities for 15 years and have 4 years’ experience as a Director in childcare centers. Of my 19 years’ experience, 18 of them have been in management. I feel strongly about the growth of individuals, whether it’s watching children grow and learn or mentoring staff to the best employee they can be. I graduated from Ball State University with my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Early Childhood Special Education. While I spent my childhood growing up in Indianapolis, I moved to Noblesville in 2000 and have never left! I love our community and how close we are! I am honored to be a part of the ABC’s & 123’s team!
My name is Brittany Woodcock and I am the Assistant Director of our wonderful Noblesville location! Spending my beginning years in retail I developed an intense passion for customer service, as well as a mind for business. However, after relocating from South Florida I was in search of a change. Having a history of volunteering in children’s programs as well as being a child at heart, I joined the ABC’s family and have never looked back! The facility itself feels like home; it’s colorful walls and open concept is so beneficial for child and adult mind’s alike. For the almost two years I have been here, I have learned so much about myself and feel in my heart I have found my true calling. The children have impacted me in ways I could never have imagined, and I am so excited to see what my future holds with ABC’s & 123’s!
I have five years of early childhood experience. I have worked at a few other centers and volunteered in early childhood programs through my church. However, my favorite place to have worked for is ABC’s and 123’s Learning Centers. I bring my own children to ABC’s and 123’s Learning Center to further their education while I’m working. I have obtained my CDA and am currently pursuing my Associates degree in early childhood education. I have worked with ABC’s and 123’s Learning Center Noblesville for a little over a year. I absolutely love my job for many reasons. The leadership above me is absolutely wonderful providing me with growth and training opportunities, I love the staff around me that I get to train and interact with every day and most importantly I love the children.
Director in Training
I have been working in Early Childhood Centers for 10 years. I started in a ministry and have worked my way up into ABC’s & 123’s Learning Center. I have a CDA in a Preschool Classroom and am currently enrolled at Ivy Tech for my Associates in Early Childhood Education. I have worked for ABC’s & 123’s Learning Center since 2015 and have had the pleasure of being in the Three’s classroom, Five’s classroom, Team Lead, and now Assistant Director. This company has given me many opportunities to grow in areas that I may not have in other companies. They have given me the chance to show my true compassion for children and teaching for the future.
I started my career at ABC’s and 123’s Learning Center in July of 2014 as a toddler teacher. I earned my CDA in September of 2015. I quickly learned my true passion was for children and teaching. ABC’s and 123’s Learning center has opened many doors that I am very great full for. I was promoted to Team Lead in September of 2016 where I grew as a professional. My favorite part about my job is that I get to watch children and teachers learn and grow each and every day. I enjoy being a part of this company because ABC’s and 123’s Learning Center strives for their employees to grow and move up in the company. I look forward to continuing to grow and be a part of a fast-growing company. Thank you for always believing in me.
I was employed at ABC’s and 123’s Learning Center on March 6th, 2017. I was hired as a float, then got to lead the 2 1/2’s classroom. I took on the 4s classroom and I was given the opportunity to show my strengths as a teacher. I graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in December of 2017 with my Associates of Science in Early Childhood Education. I am currently enrolled for my Bachelor’s Degree.
I love ABC’s and 123’s Learning Center because I have room for learning and growth. I have met a team who is here when I need guidance. They help me build my weaknesses. I have a team who is here to help me grow and shape me into the professional that I aim to be. I have found the company that I want to continue to grow with and to become the Director that I want to be in the future. I know with the guidance and the amazing leaders that I have to follow and learn from that it is going to happen!
